Longlight Operating Partners LLC ("Longlight," "we") provides operations consulting and AI setup services. This policy explains what information we handle and what we do with it.

This website

This site has no accounts, no forms, and no advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. If we measure traffic, we use aggregate, cookieless analytics that do not identify individual visitors.

When you contact us

If you email us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply and keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their marketing.

Client work

Information we receive from clients during an engagement is handled under the agreement we sign with that client, and is used only to deliver the work.

Service providers

We use Google Workspace for email, calendar, and documents, and Cloudflare for hosting. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to ezra@longlightpartners.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new date.
